The Palm Court

The Palm Court is a genius street market-style space where you can travel around the globe three times in the space of an evening–or breakfast for that matter.

Main Restaurant

This isn’t all-day dining as you know it. Each cuisine has its own, beautifully-designed interactive corner–from a walk-in refrigerated glass box with the freshest produce to a bustling southeast Asian corner. Travel to Italy with our pasta and pizza bar, or grab a seat at our Teppanyaki table. Dig into rotisserie-style comfort foods or head straight to the dessert bar for jewel-like pastries and ice cream. In the mood for wine? Le Tastevin has ‘private dining’ and ‘sommelier’ written all over it. Prefer a cocktail? The Palm Court bar with its hanging plants is a haven by the pool with views of the lagoon.

The Chef

Executive Chef David Miras

During my 25-year nomadic journey, I have worked in the kitchens of the most luxurious resorts to the finest dining locales. Each stop tells a tale. It’s about more than cooking delicious food. It’s about inspiring and empowering the team at large. A favourite memory was being named “Best Sous-Chef in the Middle East 2010”.
