  • What does the All-Inclusive package cover and are there any exclusions or supplements?

    The All-Inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a wide selection of beverages. Our two signature restaurants, KAWAII and EAST, are not included in the package. However, guests can still enjoy dining there with a 30% food credit.

  • Does the resort provide airport transfers or shuttle services?

    Yes, airport transfers can be arranged with options including our limousine service, taxi, or private transfer by Mauzil.

  • How easy is it to explore the nearby area or arrange transfers?

    Exploring the island is easy with limousine and taxi services available through the hotel.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.

  • Which plug types are available in rooms?

    All rooms are equipped with European plug sockets and USB ports.

  • What is included when booking a Day Pass at the resort?

    Day Pass guests enjoy full access to the resort’s facilities (excluding motorised activities), lunch at The Kitchen restaurant based on available credit, a 20% discount at LUX* ME Spa, and participation in the Little Guest programme.

  • How many swimming pools are available? Are they heated?

    The resort features five swimming pools, including two that are heated.

  • Is the lagoon suitable for snorkeling?

    Yes, snorkelling is possible within the designated swimming area, subject to weather conditions.

  • What are the beach and wind conditions? Are they ideal for relaxation, water sports?

    A gentle sea breeze flows across the resort, creating ideal conditions for both relaxation and water sports, depending on the weather.

  • What activities are offered? Are any particularly scenic or romantic?

    LUX* Le Morne offers a wide range of land and water activities designed to suit every mood and moment:

    • On the water: Dolphin watching (with private options), whale watching (seasonal), catamaran cruises, big game fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkelling.
    • On land: Photoshoots with Photofanatics, limousine sightseeing tours (north and south itineraries), and tennis.
    • Excursions: Day trips to Île des Deux Cocos.

    Each experience can be tailored for couples seeking scenic or romantic moments.

  • Do you have options for private dining (romantic dinner, beach dinner, etc.)?

    Yes, LUX* Le Morne offers a variety of private dining experiences including:

    • Our 500 Candles Dinner
    • Breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the Tree House
    • Romantic dinners on the beach
    • Intimate dinners in our gazebos by the pool or the shore

  • What dining and beverage experiences are available?

    Guests can enjoy a variety of dining and beverage experiences across our restaurants and bars, as well as in-room dining for added comfort and privacy.

  • Is prior reservation required for dinner/lunch?

    Reservations are not required for lunch. For dinner, advance booking is recommended for KAWAII, EAST, and The Beach restaurants.

  • Is there a dress code in the restaurants?

    Yes. For dinner at KAWAII and EAST, gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers and closed shoes.

  • Can the hotel accommodate food allergies or specific dietary requirements?

    Yes, our culinary team will be delighted to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. Our Executive Chef can personally meet guests upon request, and all buffet items are clearly labelled with allergen information.

- From 23.12.2025 to 08.01.2026: Prepaid reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival; thereafter 100% of stay charged; No-Show: 100% of stay charged.

- From 23.12.2025 to 05.01.2026: Prepaid, refundable, and amendable up to 45 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, and for a No-Show 100% charged.
- From 06.01.2026 to 31.01.2026: Prepaid, refundable, and amendable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, and for a No-Show 100% charged.
If ever the reservation includes non-refundable components, it will be stipulated in the sales conditions for the rate or package.
3. Membership flexible rate can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival; thereafter 100% of stay charged; No-Show: 100% of stay charged.
4. When the sales conditions for the reserved rate or package allow:
- The reservation can be cancelled via the “Contact Us” section on www.luxresorts.com website or by contacting Customer Services on the contact details stated above in Article 9 in Terms and Conditions.
- Changes to the reservation can be made with Customer Services, whose contact details are stated on the reservation confirmation sent by email and in Article 9 above.
5. In the event that the stay is interrupted, the agreed price will be paid in full. No reimbursement will be given for a prepaid reservation.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer must vacate the room before 12 p.m. on the last day of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the rate conditions booked. Failure to do so shall result in the customer being billed for an extra night.
