Main restaurant & beach club

Equal parts beach club and restaurant, it evolves and metamorphoses throughout the day. The à la carte breakfast is as creative as it is delicious. Lunches are long and lazy, bringing people together over Mediterranean cuisine. And when the sun dips below the horizon, the entire Beach Rouge is lit up in an electrifying red tint, to which it owes its name. This shift in mood draws night owls for Aperitivo at the three bars, festive dinners by the beach, and why not some dancing to the beats of the resident deejay? A curated calendar of events keeps the restaurant buzzing. For a moment, you’ll feel transported to the bohemian-chic Ibiza or the crystalline coastline of Mykonos.

Executive Chef Sebastiaan Seegers' approach to cuisine is focused on a sustainable, natural, and delicious way of doing things, paired with a a deep awareness of nourishing the body with healthy foods. His cuisine is infused with cultural discoveries from his many travels. The chef relies on the simplicity of flavors and the natural textures of ingredients to create amazing dishes. He enjoys revisiting classics in a contemporary, creative manner.

Dress code

  • As relaxing as a holiday is, we ask that you wear a cover-up over swimwear at our daytime restaurants. In the evening, an island chic wardrobe is a must (no flip-flops!)

    P.S.: We love our striped bathrobes too but let's keep them for the spa and room.
