There’s MIXE that takes you on a culinary journey around the globe. Beach Rouge, the restaurant-meets-beach-club that no longer needs an introduction. There’s a bar named after our designer friend Kelly Hoppen and a fancy Indian restaurant that serves stellar fare by a Michelin-starred chef. Duck Laundry takes you to China’s Sichuan province, while Mari Kontan reminds you you’re in the tropics where rum is a staple. Grab a gin-tonic to go at G&T Club and take a seat on a red bean bag on the prettiest beach or get your Café LUX* coffee to go before your sunrise morning swim. As you can tell, we have drinks and food for every mood and palate. Love meat? La Boucherie serves only the best cuts. Love veggies? Our plant-based Keen on Green concept, found in most restaurants, is our way of giving some tender loving care to our planet (and bodies!). And yes, we source plenty of produce from our very own Aubergine Farm. Dine and drink to your heart’s content.
