Beach Restaurant

If you’re seeking a laid-back, unpretentious environment with great food and wine, this is it. Slip off your shoes and take a seat at one of the tables on the sand under a parasol. A glass of rosé served with a side of sea breeze? 100 percent yes. Al fresco dining? Here for it. After a lazy walk on the beach at sunset when the sky turns golden-pink, head to The Beach for a dinner under the swaying coconut palms and starlit night sky.

The Chef

Executive Chef Eric Weidmann

I was born in Spain. It’s after a summer job in a beachside restaurant in the French Riviera that I decided to study culinary arts. During the last decade, I got the chance to travel around Asia. I discovered new ingredients and explored new techniques. My cuisine is deeply inspired by the Mediterranean flavours. I fell in love with the feeling of savouring a rosé on the terrace of a bistro in Cannes. I love the smell of a fresh ‘bouquet garni’ and the taste of olive oil on green salads.
