Thai food is big on flavour. Spicy, funky, and sweet. Vibrant. Yes, that’s another good adjective to describe the cuisine loved by many.

Gastronomic Thai Restaurant

It’s the best kind of comfort food. Head to East, our gastronomic Thai restaurant, led by the master hands of the chef Suksan Supprasert. The catch? This restaurant is menu-less. Instead, chat with the waiter about your likes and dislikes when it comes to food, and the kitchen team will prepare a vibrant dish. As for the restaurant setting, well, it’s steps from the beach (the view of the moonlit lagoon is “wow”), with sleek dark interiors–perfect for Date Night.

The Chef

Chef Suksan Supprasert

I’m from Nakhon Sawan, a province in northern Thailand. I never thought that I’d one day become a chef. Mostly because I studied finance. I first started my career at a bank. At 28, the moment I chose to become a chef, I knew my cuisine would be all about senses and emotions. I want people to feel joy when discovering my dishes. I give free rein to my imagination and do my best to transform meals into cheerful experiences. I believe that the presentation of the dish is what counts the most. It’s the first impression and represents right there, the mindset and vision of the chef.
