ANNULATION GRATUITE

1. Les conditions générales de vente du tarif ou du forfait réservé déterminent les modalités d'annulation et/ou de modification de la réservation.
2. Les réservations prépayées peuvent être modifiées ou annulées sans frais jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'arrivée pour les hôtels de Maurice et de la Réunion. Après cette date et en cas de non-présentation, 100% du montant est facturé.
Notez que pour LUX* South Ari Atoll, Maldives, les conditions suivantes s’appliquent :
Du 01.02.2025 jusqu'au 22.12.2025 : prépayé, remboursable et modifiable jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'arrivée. Après cette date et en cas de non-présentation, 100% du montant est facturé.
Du 23.12.2025 jusqu'au 05.01.2026 : prépayé, remboursable et modifiable jusqu'à 45 jours avant l'arrivée. Après cette date et en cas de non-présentation, 100% du montant est facturé.
Du 06.01.2026 jusqu'au 31.01.2026 : prépayé, remboursable et modifiable jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'arrivée. Après cette date et en cas de non-présentation, 100% du montant est facturé.
Si la réservation inclus certains éléments identifiés comme non modifiables et/ou non remboursables, le cas échéant, cette condition sera mentionnée dans les conditions générales de vente du tarif ou du forfait.
3. Lorsque les conditions générales de vente du tarif ou du forfait réservé le permettent :
- La réservation peut être annulée sur le site www.luxresorts.com via l’onglet « Contactez-nous » ou en contactant directement notre Service Clients aux coordonnées indiquées ci-dessus à l'article 9 des Conditions générales de vente.
- La réservation peut être modifiée auprès de notre Service Clients, dont les contacts sont indiqués sur la confirmation de réservation envoyée par courrier électronique ou dans l'article 9 ci-dessus.
4. En cas d'interruption de séjour prématurée, le prix convenu sera payé dans sa totalité. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour une réservation prépayée.
5. Sauf accord contraire ou indication contraire dans les conditions tarifaires de la réservation, le client doit quitter la chambre avant midi le dernier jour de son séjour. À défaut, une nuit supplémentaire sera facturée au client.
