It’s the perfect spot for a mid-afternoon pick me up or aperitivo before dinner. Our skilled mixologists have crafted an inventive cocktail list. The menu also offers mocktails, wines and craft beers.

Located right next to the main pool, at the entrance of MONDO, our creative Aperitivo Bar serves healthy elixirs to the early risers before shifting its ambience to a vibrant upscale bar serving spritzes. Bubble, sweet and bitter is how we love our Aperol Spritz. Our team has devised some creative ways to drink it. Enjoy before heading to dinner.

Equal parts beach club and restaurant, Beach Rouge evolves and metamorphoses throughout the day. Lunches are long and lazy with gorgeous views of the sea. When the sun dips below the horizon, the entire Beach Rouge is lit up in an electrifying red tint, to which it owes its name. For a moment, you’ll feel transported to the bohemian-chic Ibiza or the crystalline coastline of a Greek island.

Our signature restaurant, ‘Amari by Vineet’, is a contemporary Indian gem, where the pinkish, earthy interiors evoke India’s fantastical colour palette. Cool and contemporary murals, ornaments and clay lamps are a feast for the senses. The heady cuisine, a modern interpretation of India’s rich heritage is signed Vineet Bhatia, the nation’s first Michelin-starred chef. Choose from the A la carte menu or one of the chef’s exquisite tasting menus.

Duck Laundry is our much-loved Chinese restaurant. The moody Chinese gastronomic restaurant is where you go for comforting family-style dishes and chef-driven tasting menus. Duck, one of the main features, is served in true Peking duck style. The menu incorporates some of the most-loved Sichuanese, Shanghainese and Cantonese dishes. A wide selection of artisanal dim sum are prepared onsite daily. Hand-picked teas, craft cocktails and spirits and wines, and a curated playlist all add to the electric atmosphere.

The chicest café in town draws its soul from the typical Milanese cafés that line the cobbled streets of the Italian capital. It’s a place where one finds respite, inspiration, and fuel in the form of a perfect shot of espresso. Although coffee is served from dawn to dusk, Maison LUX* is attuned to the hour of the day. Come nightfall, the barista is replaced with the bartender. The drinks trolley lures those seeking an afterdinner digestif. Located in the lobby, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a long flight, refuel before heading out to explore for the day, and grab a last LUX* coffee to go before you leave.

Adjacent to the pool, at the heart of the resort, MONDO serves the best of many worlds. Our chefs cook up all sorts of fabulous dishes from around the globe: French, Indian, Mauritius, Italian, and Asian cuisines. The dining style is interactive with chefs at live cooking stations and the variety is dizzying. There’s even a pizza counter and a buffet designed specially for our Little Travellers. Take your plate to a table al fresco on the terrace poolside or inside, at the heart of the action. MONDO, open from morning till late has something for everyone.

Innovation meets craftsmanship at our ICI ice cream bar, where we bring the behind-the-scenes of ice cream making to the front. The result is freshly churned gelato, ice cream, sorbet, and granita–right in front of your eyes. We work in small batches of creative flavours, which change daily. Love a topping? There’s quite the selection so you can turn your ice cream into a sundae.
