MINDFULNESS ON AND OFF THE MAT

The practice of Yoga and meditation is all about bringing mindfulness to the mat, and then off the mat into your daily life. Meditation brings clarity, a sense of purpose, bliss, and many, many other benefits. We offer group classes and privates. We also partnered with the team of health experts behind the Mindfulness app, Healthy Minds. The app combines podcast-style lessons led by world famous scientists and meditation teachers with seated and active meditations. So you’ll learn what the science says about the brain while developing skills to tap into these learnings. The end goal: a happier, healthier world. Download it here.

LUX* ME SPA

We have our very own spa brand, which we call LUX* ME. It's a holistic spa that offers facials, including the red carpet glow-worthy Intraceuticals, therapeutic massages (we even have a coconut-themed ritual made from the coconuts from our garden), a massage using bamboo and herbal poultices, bespoke wellness programmes, aromatherapy, a nail salon, a hair salon and barber services. We even created our own line of beauty products. And because we are in the tropics after all, there’s a serene outdoor relaxation garden with a pool. We know that it takes more than a holiday to work on oneself and release all that baggage, but it’s nonetheless a good time–and place–to start.

Quite simply, we challenged our chefs to get creative in the kitchen and make food that is both tasty for the palate and considerate of our planet. The result? Homegrown Coconut Body Ritual
HOMEGROWN COCONUT BODY RITUAL

Our beach is studded with coconut palms, so it only makes sense to pick the fruit known for its many health benefits. We designed a whole ritual around it! It all starts with a cooling glass of electrolyte-rich coconut water, followed by a body scrub and massage using warm coconut balm and deep strokes. It ends with an herbal infusion and a traditional coconut biscuit called ‘gato koko’. Did someone say paradise?
