Our grandest villa is fit for families and friends travelling together. The two bedrooms in shades of white sand and pastel, have a chic beachside-feel to them. Two bathrooms—one of which has a gorgeous standalone bathtub—ensures privacy. Both have rainshowers. There is also an outdoor shower to give you a taste of island living.

OCEAN VIEW VILLAS

Set on the beach, our one-bedroom Ocean View Villa is a reimagined beach house. With its white sand and pastel interiors and furnishings, and natural textures, it’s beachy and chic. Outdoors is a tropical shower perfect for a post ocean dip swim, a gorgeous swimming pool and wooden deck, a tropical garden, a dining pavilion. The bathroom has an integrated tub and shower. There’s a lounge and a butler kitchen as well.

BEACH FRONT VILLAS

Reimagined as a designer’s individual beach house with tropical gardens, a private pool and deck on which to sunbathe. The delightful one-bedroom retreat brings the beach to you with its white sand and pastel colored interiors. Bleached oak wood floors, stone washed linen, handwoven rugs, reclaimed sand and coral tables and lamps… Beauty is in the details. The gorgeous bathroom has a standalone bathtub, a rainshower, and an outdoor shower. The villa with its lounge, butler kitchen and dining pavilion is your home in the tropics. Our beach front villa is the closest to the shores.

FREE CANCELLATION

1. The sales conditions for the reserved rate or package specify the terms for cancelling and/or changing the reservation.
2. Prepaid reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival; thereafter 100% of stay charged; No-Show: 100% of stay charged, for Mauritian & Reunion Island properties.
Note for LUX* South Ari Atoll, Maldives, the following applies:
From 01.02.2024 to 22.12.2024: Prepaid, refundable and amendable up to 30 days prior to arrival.  Thereafter and for no-show 100% charged.
From 23.12.2024 to 05.01.2025: Prepaid, refundable and amendable up to 60 days prior to arrival. Thereafter and for no-show 100% charged.
From 06.01.2025 to 31.01.2025: Prepaid, refundable and amendable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Thereafter and for no-show 100% charged.
If ever the reservation includes non-refundable components, it will be stipulated in the sales conditions for the rate or package.
3. When the sales conditions for the reserved rate or package allow:
- The reservation can be cancelled via the “Contact Us” section on www.luxresorts.com website or by contacting Customer Services on the contact details stated above in Article 9 in Terms and Conditions.
- Changes to the reservation can be made with Customer Services, whose contact details are stated on the reservation confirmation sent by email and in Article 9 above.
4. In the event that the stay is interrupted, the agreed price will be paid in full. No reimbursement will be given for a prepaid reservation.
5. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer must vacate the room before 12 p.m. on the last day of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the rate conditions booked. Failure to do so shall result in the customer being billed for an extra night.
