When we think of meditation, we picture ourselves sitting cross-legged on a piece of tropical beach under the swaying palms of a coconut tree. Bliss. The reality for most of us? A wandering mind. A body that can’t sit still. Impatience. Boredom. That’s why we teamed up with the crew from Healthy Minds who designed a mindfulness map combining podcast-style lessons led by world famous scientists and meditation teachers with seated and active meditations.
