MINDFULNESS MAZE

A guided experience, the therapeutic ritual begins with chiming a triangle, where an intention for positive change is set before a spiritual meander through the maze. Through conscious breathing, negative energy is released as you walk barefoot, connected to the earth. At the heart of the maze, there’s a moment for expression of gratitude before winding back down the path, completing the restorative ritual to find inner peace.
