It’s also why we create nourishing, plant-based dishes labelled Keen on Green in our restaurants. It’s the reason we came up with “No bin days” at our Team Members’ restaurant to raise awareness on food waste. You can choose between Hungry and Hungriest when ordering from our menus. Our mantra is wellbeing and wellness for all. Sometimes it’s the small things: choosing to ride one of our red Martone bicycles along the coast. At other times, it’s about making a big impact, like when we joined the IT MUST BE NOW institution to connect with travellers who also care about life on this planet.
