ORANGINE CELEBRATES FOOD WITH A NEW MENU AND TRUFFLES

Curried duck foie gras marinated in local rhum, locally-produced Takamaka cheese tzatziki, the chef’s version of a Bounty chocolate bar…Orangine’s menu has been revamped and it’s delicious.

The Chef was inspired by Reunion island but also his travels to Africa, Mexico, the United-States and his childhood (he is the son of two restaurateurs listed in the Michelin and Gault&Millau guide books). For the second edition of our culinary week, truffles will be taking centre stage. Truffle fiends, this one is for you.
