CULINARY WEEK FROM 1ST TO 5TH OF FEBRUARY 2019

From 1–5 February 2019, the talented chefs of LUX* Belle Mare present a five-day gourmet extravaganza celebrating the diverse culinary cultures that make up modern Mauritius. Every day sees a new dining event and a new chef in the spotlight, each one presenting a special-occasion menu showcasing exceptional ingredients and cutting-edge cooking techniques. The week of gala dinners begins with a special African surf ’n' turf night and a spectacular sega show on the beach, and ends with Michelin-starred master Vineet Bhatia hosting an unforgettably inventive Indian banquet at Amari by Vineet. And, to mark Chinese New Year, expect delectable dim sum and dragon dancing as Chef Tang and the team at Duck Laundry get into the swing of the celebration.
