We embrace each morning with “CHAKRA-KUNDALINI”, a powerful active antistress technique, followed by HATHA YOGA. In the afternoon we resume with Craniosacral therapy and we end the day with amazing meditative session based on movements and sounds…

Bhavnath – Wellness Therapist
Bhavnath is the founder of Wellness Lovers Community & Wellness Festivals in Mauritius.
His 20 years’ journey in wellness has flowered in him the art of meditation through international meetings/practices with gurus and healers around the world.
Today he shares this wisdom in Mauritius, India and Russia with sessions that are deep and that has nourished the space of many to bring them in calm, zen and peaceful state.
Sylvie – Yoga Teacher
Sylvie is a certified yoga teacher at the International Yoga Vedenta Sivananda Center (India) since March 2014. She has been practicing yoga for 8 years and is passionate about Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She is also a massage therapist for humans and horses.
Sophie – Craniosacral Therapist
Sophie is a Craniosacral Therapist, Janzu Water Healing, Spiritual Mentor and Energy Healer. She helps you in the release of any stress in your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional body and also as a space-holder to guide you through your own journey in life.
