LUX* Chongzuo, Guangxi (74 Keys) is located in the Mingshi Village, Daxin County in Chongzuo City about 37 kilometres away from the well-known Detian Transnational Waterfall and about 210 kilometres away from the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang, an autonomous region in southern China.


LUX* Chongzuo, Guangxi is projected to open in two phases and the first phase will be in January 2021.


The incumbent will be responsible to:


  • Develop and implement innovative IT strategies and effective network security systems, including setting up firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, authorizing/blocking file permissions, setting up backup and crash recovery plans, ensuring file system integrity, and adding or deleting users as requested.
  • 制订并执行具有创新性的IT战略、开发有效的网络安全系统,这包括建立防火墙、加密网络应用程序、主机安全管理、文件权限、建立备份和死机数据恢复、确保文件系统完好、根据要求添加或删除用户
  • Monitor and ensure that the technological equipment and the networking systems within the resort are working efficiently and effectively.

  • Regularly monitor all computers/ laptops and emails to prevent the infiltration of any computer viruses, spams and malware on the resort’s network.

  • Coordinate the smooth daily operation of the IT department which will include providing support to the IT Team as well as the resort’s Team Members by advising appropriate solutions to computer hardware and software application issues in line with the Group’s security procedures.

  • Oversee and monitor the computer programming activities and Local Area Network (LAN) administration.

  • Detect potential issues, provide the necessary preventive guidelines and determine upgrade requirements.

  • Ensure that all operating systems and software used are genuine and updated regularly.

  • Ascertain that the IT section and services offered comply with local & international Intellectual Property law, so as to prevent any breach of copyright materials.

  • Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilising the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology.

  • Assist and answer to Guests’ IT queries at the resort.

The IT Manager will report to General Manager of LUX* Chongzuo and will work in collaboration with the Vice President - Information Technology of the Group.


  • At least Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications. 
  • 至少高等学校学历证书或同等学历
  • Tertiary Education at Degree or Diploma level majoring in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution.
  • 计算机科学或信息技术专业的高等教育学位水平或认可机构的同等资格。
Previous Performance
  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience in IT-related fields preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • IT相关部门至少10年以上的工作经验,酒店行业工作经验是加分项
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience as Assistant IT Manager or in a similar position.
  • 担任IT副经理或相似职位至少2年及以上
