Fresh from the field produce also includes nuts, spices, olives, preserves, honey and a wide range of cheeses – all expertly selected and grown organically wherever possible.
The Beach Rouge signature dining style also incorporates a wide range of Turkish specialities including mezze, pides, lahmacun, kebabs and local sweet treats – all freshly made using timehonoured recipes by specialised chefs.
Our famous ScruCap range has also been extended to include five new fabulous wines from local producers in Izmir and Denizli, plus we’ve sourced two select craft beers, Gar Gara and Pablo, made only in small batches right here in Bodrum.
Even Café LUX* has been given its own Turkish twist with an exclusive new frappé flavoured with home-made local mandarin and Aegean syrup, plus authentic Turkish coffees and traditional teas.
