Catamaran Day Cruise
A day full of fun on board the Madianas, the luxury catamaran
fleet of our selected service provider. This cruise departs at 9 am
from Black River and heads for the spot where you can watch the
famed Mauritian dolphins feed and swim around the boat; this spot,
just off the mouth of the Black River, is the one place where these
fascinating animals feed regularly, creating an opportunity to see
them which is not to be found elsewhere around the island, and
definitely not to be missed.
At 10:30 am the boat stops right outside the reef for a bit of
swimming and snorkelling, then sails on, into the lagoon of Le
Morne for a stop near Benitier Island; the crew will cook and serve
a delicious seafood barbecue lunch on board. While the grill
sizzle, you'll have another opportunity to explore crystal clear
waters and have a swimming competition with the fish, to work up an
appetite. The return to dry land is scheduled for
15:30.

Champagne at Sunset Catamaran Cruise
This romantic cruise departs at 17:00 from Black River. It sails
towards Tamarin Bay, where it stops for a sip of champagne -really
the best sun downer in the world! The wild scenery and quiet
atmosphere of the bay, with its gleaming sunset on one side and the
dark mass of the Rampart Mountain, has always been a fascination
for artists and provides the perfect canvas for romance. The return
is scheduled for 17h00.

This evening cruise departs at 18h00 from Black River; the
skipper will sail in quiet waters along the coast, until he finds a
wild and shelter cove for a cosy starlit seafood grill dinner.
