The Kitchen (7:30am to 10:30am / 7pm to
10pm)
As the resort's main restaurant, The Kitchen offers a
mouth-watering menu of authentic island cuisine overlooking the
glittering ocean and swimming pool. Sway to the irresistible rhythm
of Sega dancers while sipping on a glass of our exclusive New World
ScruCap wines. A truly unforgettable taste of authentic island
living.
The Beach(12:30pm to 16:00pm and 19:30pm to
22:30pm)
A favourite meeting place for leisurely lunches and beachside
evening dining, indulge in a delectable array of Mediterranean and
local dishes, from light meals and fresh seafood barbecues to
wood-fired pizzas and superb salads with a tasty island twist.
East (7:30pm to 10:30pm)
Our extensive menu allows you to 'mix and match' your
courses - a Japanese starter followed by a Thai main, perhaps?
Alternatively, our chefs can create a special set menu just for
you, or, if you're feeling adventurous, try our Asian Tapas - a
ten-course tasting menu presenting the very best of South-East
Asian cuisine.
Senses (7:30pm to 10:30pm)
Prepare to embark on a journey, and allow your senses to
revel in the culinary flair of the Indian sub-continent and the
myriad islands of the Indian Ocean. Breathe in the heady scent of
fresh herbs and spices; indulge in traditional dishes, made with
the finest locally sourced ingredients, prepared with creativity,
and served with elegance.
The Bar
Inspired by the East Indies colonial style, this vibrant lounge
and bar comes alive over English afternoon teas and evening
entertainment. The Bar also offers a range of light snacks during
the day for those enjoying a lazy afternoon at the nearby pool.
Café LUX*
Nothing beats a really great cup of coffee. That's why at LUX* we
only serve our very own delicious Island Blend of certified green
organic beans. Roasted on the island and prepared for you with
passion by our trained baristas, every cup of coffee served at our
stylish Café LUX* is one to savour.
Beach and Room Service
It's not a truly perfect island holiday unless you're being served
deliciously refreshing treats while lounging beside the pool, ocean

Private Dining
If you'd like to enjoy a little privacy, either with your partner

Mare offers an array of private dining alternatives to make your

Evening Entertainment
At LUX*, we don't do ordinary. All of our entertainment is
performed by genuine, enthusiastic and highly talented dancers,
musicians and artists of every kind. From the rhythmic beat of the
Mauritian Sega to the very best local music troupes and performers,
every evening is an opportunity to experience something new and
truly authentic.
Dress Code
Although there's no particular dress code during the day, we do
ask you not to wear uncovered swimming attire in the restaurant
during breakfast time. Evening wear is smart-casual after 6pm. And
gentlemen, no flip-flops or shorts in the restaurants and bars
during dinnertime please.
