When we chase success, it takes a lot of effort. In this process, we can really stretch ourselves. We can become frustrated, irritable and eventually we burn out. Therefore, to be successful, it shouldn’t come at the cost of our health. Hence we should have a daily practice to stop stress accumulating.
Some people like to go deeper to the meditative experience. Kamal will help you reach a state of deep relaxation and focus. He will share technics that he teaches successful athletes. People with a demanding schedule need to remain focused but calm, this workshop teaches simple skills that allow a person to cultivate this type of awareness. This practice is accessible to all.
In this workshop Kamal will guide you with breathing exercices, stretches and simple meditation without any dogma to refresh your mind, body and spirit.
Session 1: The science of managing stress, guided relaxation, simples stretches, deep relaxed breathing.
Session 2: The relaxation response, meditation, breathing exercises, maintaining balance and composure.
Session 3: Simple techniques for daily practice, lifestyle choices and stress, success need not come at a cost.
The workshop will be held on 3 consecutive mornings at our resorts.
Kamal has a background in pharmaceutics and chemistry. He later went on to study religion, philosophy and history at doctorate level. As well as being an academic, linguists and published author, he reaches on subjectsrelated to wellbeing. He has been practicing in the holistic field for 20 years.
He is also ordained by the Khalsa order being the equivalent of a Rimpoche. He has a profound understanding of yoga, having learned with many teachers in India and practicing himself daily. He is involved in academia, retreats, music, environmental projects and martial arts.
