LUX* Resorts introduces LUX* Valet

LUX* Valet is a customized application that uses the iRis Guest Valet software to provide a multilingual interactive in-room guest services application. The latter allows hotel guests to view, access and interact with the complete range of facilities and services on offer at the property. LUX* Valet provides instant information on products and services available at LUX* and allows immediate interactive bookings. 

The LUX* digital valet is always accessible, flawlessly polite and helpful. It speaks a multitude of languages and will be available in every LUX* Resorts & Hotels very soon. Behind this state of the art solution lies the strength of our knowledgeable and hospitable LUX* Team. Although it cant bring a guest a Café LUX* by itself, it can certainly ensure the guest receives it in their room as fast as tap, tap, swish! 

“LUX* Valet is a step further in our journey to help our guests make the best of their precious holiday time, by providing surprising experiences in stunning natural settings. LUX* Valet is also a serious contributor to our sustainable development strategy, Tread Lightly, as it allows for the significant reduction of printed material resorts normally place in the guest bedrooms”, said Mr. Paul Jones. LUX* Valet will run on iPad minis made available in all guest rooms, suites and villas.

The program, due to make its debut in December 2013 in two of the company’s resorts, namely LUX* Belle Mare, Mauritius and LUX* Le Morne, Mauritius, will be further rolled out to the remaining three LUX* Resorts & Hotels in Mauritius, La Reunion and the Maldives by of May 2014.
